Item Return Policy

All return requests, with exception of any custom made to order orders, must be approved and a return authorization issued before return will be accepted. Restocking fee of 20% for open units- please contact us for more information.

For any approved return, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to original outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, shipping insurance, any special handling or freight charges, credit card processing fees and merchant transaction fees, financing-related fees, where applicable.

CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER AND SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

All products manufactured, finished, configured, or ordered specifically for a customer, including but not limited to custom finishes, non-stock configurations, and products specially ordered from a manufacturer or distributor, are considered custom made-to-order items.

Custom made-to-order and special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or chargeback except as required by applicable law or in the event of a verified warranty defect covered by the manufacturer.

This policy applies once an order is placed and payment or deposit is received. All deposits for custom made-to-order and special-order items are non-refundable.

Customer dissatisfaction, changes in preference, system matching concerns, or subjective differences in sound quality do not constitute defects and do not create any right to cancel or return a custom made-to-order item.

Any exception to this policy, including any offer of store credit, is made solely at Destination HiFi's discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy or establish any precedent for future transactions.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Item Return Policy. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback in violation of this policy may constitute a breach of the purchase agreement. Destination HiFi reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to contest improper chargebacks and recover associated costs.

Destination HiFi Instant Ship Orders placed before 7:00 PM Central Time (CT) ship the same business day.
Instant Ship Orders placed after 7:00 PM CT will ship the next business day.

Instant Shipping is available Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods like holidays may affect delivery times. These delays are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
